Poster I designed for An American Werewolf in London (1981). It’s amazing what you can be inspired to create when you get the right typeface..

Poster I designed for Everything Must Go, a 2011 film based on Raymond Carver’s short story Why Don’t You Dance? (1977). Being a fan of Carver, I’m intrigued to see the film (not that I’m expecting it to top the story) but my poster is inspired more by the bare-bones simplicity of the original text. It is also a nod toward Todd Hido’s atmospheric photographs, which are used on the cover of several of Carver’s short story collections.
